We're committed to getting your SeaFold™ Towel Backpack delivered quickly and safely so you're ready for beach days, vacations, poolside lounging, and summer adventures.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You'll receive another email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and usually arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your country and local carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SeaFold Co.™ is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seafoldco.com with your order number and photos of the issue if applicable. We'll review the situation and help provide a resolution.

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
