If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you experience any issues with your SeaFold™ product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@seafoldco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Our team will review the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

• We do not offer refunds for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or personal preference after use.
